Appointments:
Kramer OB/GYN Associates P.C is open Monday through Friday 8 am – 5pm.  The office is closed between the hours of 12pm - 1pm.  A physician is on call 24 hours a day for obstetric and emergency triage. 

To schedule an appointment, please call during normal business hours.    We try to accommodate any urgent consults and appointments within 24 hours.   To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us 24 hours notice.  We reserve the right to charge for appointments that are missed or canceled with fewer than 24 hours notice. 

For first time patients:  We recommend you download the demographics and HIPPA form, under the Patient Forms link, and complete them prior to your appointment.   Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to finalize paperwork and go over insurance information.

We make every effort to see you at your appointment time.  However, please keep in mind that complicated patient visits, surgeries, and deliveries may result in delays.  The same additional time courtesy is extended to you, if your visit should require more time. 

Insurance and Referrals:
Kramer  OB/GYN Associates P.C. participates in most managed care plans.  We will submit claims to your insurance company at the end of your visit.  However, your insurance is a contract between you and your insurer.  All insurance co-pays, deductibles, and payments for non-covered services are due at the time of service.  For your convenience we accept cash, check, or major credit cards. 
Some insurance companies require a referral from your Primary Care Physician to be seen by an OB/GYN.  Please check with your provider before scheduling an appointment.
